adidas Equipment shoes began their adventure in 1991. Their original purpose was running, which is why the German designers have focused on designing the most technologically advanced shoe, which also will be easy to get on the market. Designers under the sign of the three stripes applied in the Support series the same cutting-edge solutions: Impact Cell system under the heel, a unique blend of foams of different densities in the midsole and the already famous TORSION® system, which guaranteed maximum support of the foot at its torsional movements. Design of the upper didn’t go unnoticed as well. adidas EQT was equipped with textile, moving stripes integrated into the sole, characteristic for the entire series, or thermoplastic "wing" which is also an extension of the counter rear stabilizer. Both of these innovations were designed to maximally stabilize and support the foot while running. However, the biggest surprise from a purely visual point of view, was a quite bold introduction of a new logo, where the iconic Trefoil clover has been replaced with three stripes (3 bars). They later became the new logo of the German mark and at the same time a synonymous of the best technical adidas products!adidas Equipment Running Support sneakers for the first time were issued in 1993. They have all the typical details of the series - the wing and the TORSION® system. What distinguishes them is the "buritto tongue," that is a tongue which wraps the foot, that is like an extension of upper from its inner side. Women's adidas Originals Equipment Running Support 93 shoes are made of natural leather, mesh and textile material. The upper is decorated with a reflective element and side panels with an interesting “cut” texture. The whole is completed with a molded TPU - thermoplastic polyurethane cover, which ensures proper foot support. The interior hides a soft textile lining and removable insert. Upper rests on a sole made of EVA foam in the middle, with the aforementioned TORSION® system, and rubber layer on the outside.
